    On November 1st, I ordered pumpkin seeds and had a few questions. The seller not only answered immediately, but almost guessed my next question. I received a comprehensive, very kind and polite answer. Their prices are not only affordable, but more favorable than e.g. Amazon prices. I received my order very quickly, within 36 hours. The pumpkin seeds are fresh, I am very satisfied! I'm pretty sure I'll only order from them from now on. Thank you for your service, I'm really, very satisfied.

    No response to emails on items ordered. They stated item shipped but was false

    I never received my $27.49 paid for order. There is ZERO way to get a live person. I sent an email, as requested by the company, to resolve this but got no response. Their message states they will respond in ***** hours. I emailed them again today. I will resubmit a corrected review if this matter is quickly resolved. Otherwise, I will explore other options with the ***************** to force this matter to be resolved.
