Hello As a first level of communication, am seeking a full year of a co-working office space with an upgrade to a private office for the termination of my contract after the second day, deeming myself and business undesirable and a week later for sleeping and storage and camera watching as opposed to relocating for a year long promotional offer at 50% off with 24/7 access and several offices of which I travel do and do business in I incurred duress, transportation costs and provided my personal and business data, and the offices were offices I worked in, lived near, grew up around and caused complete defamation. In the pending decision if a possible office, left my bags at the permission of the office manager to hold while traveling for events and a doctor's visit. This occurred over two days. They were complaining, belligerent, demeaning, rude and inexperienced young adults disrespectful to my life circumstances while trying to get my belongings moved and settled in.I hope by this filing they will oblige and not update their verbage and rules to my past experience.Regards,Desire A *********

    Business Response

We are a coworking space, the person in question was sleeping overnight in the location and storing large bags of their possessions on the floors, which is a direct violation of building policy and our lease, being tenants ourselves. This was explained to them in excess, and they continued to exhibit this behavior, and are captured on surveillance sleeping in the space after being warned of their termination if they continued to do so.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

24/7 access, nothing ever explained prior to, I was only a member for 5 days and asked the office manager if I could leave my bags over the weekend to travel back to *** and would be going to visit and work from the other offices in *** and ************

They then exploited my professional experience by drafting and sending me after a termination without a warning OR discussion and locked me out if the building and threatened and harassed me to retrieve my bags like I was piece of filth like they were.

As stated, 24/7 access and while moving from ** to DC had to secure a new place while trying to hotel and keep a storage unit in two cities sat at night to work and DOZED off sitting upright in a seat while waiting to travel on buses, trains, attend events and appointments.

They interfered with my business personal and professional life.

Again, a member for 5 days while joined for 1 year at a promotional rate of 50% off while having offices at buildings and cities I worked and resided in.

I will send you the email I sent to them, as they are young adults in their 20s while I am a 50 year old woman with a disability if asthma and diabetes.

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

    Sincerely,

Despite Bond Collective's promise that it provides "private phone booths"which are necessary for my job as a journalist, given that I have to make regular confidential callsin my 4 months as a member, it has not addressed the fact that sound is not only not muffled in the phone booths, it is actually amplified, thus making it impossible to conduct private conversations. I have asked that this be addressed many, many times, and the manager has ensured me that it will be. However, nothingnot even very inexpensive stop-gap solutions, like $20 noise-blockers for doorshave been provided. Because of this, I need to end my membership (and find a space that does have private phone booths.)When I brought this to management's attention, they have been nothing less than extraordinarily obnoxious. They did "offer" to keep my security deposit and 4 months' of membership feesbut this is clearly not sufficient, given that they are not holding to their own contractual promises regarding the amenities their space offers. It would be one thing if I wanted out of my membership because I just didn't like the spacebut the fact is that they are not upholding their own contractual terms.
