    Ordered a mystery metal/hard rock vinyl bundle of 4 in stock records on Oct. 30, 2023. A pre shipment label was made on Nov. 1, 2023. To this day it is still on pre shipment label only and has not been shipped. I have emailed the company numerous times and even asked for a refund at this point. They have ignored every single email except for the very first 1 and have not refunded my money. I even asked to refund a preorder along with this order of records. They refunded my preorder and ignored the order I have been asking about for a month. Sent a follow up email asking about the other order. Nobody ever responded again. They have stolen my money and have offered zero support to ship my order or refund my money.

    I originally pre-ordered an item from Goldmine Magazine Shop on March 21/2023. The item was later cancelled due to not enough stock on hand. They said in an email I would receive a refund in 1-3 business days but I still to this date never got it. As you can see I gave them plenty of time to resolve this. I paid them $89.22 (CAD) or $62.35 (US) for the item. The order # was *******.

"My apologies. We are currently awaiting a shipment of SUPERJOINT RITUAL 'A LETHAL DOSE' SPECIAL EDITON 2LP - CLEAR RED and SUPERJOINT RITUAL 'USE ONCE AND DESTROY' 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITON 2LP - CLEAR WITH GREEN AND SILVER SWIRL to come into our warehouse from the vendor. As soon as we receive this item, we will ship your order to you." Well as you can see in the images I have uploaded lots of folks received their items and still I don't have a tracking number.... with still no response from this vendor! Both emails and phone numbers!

    I paid the ***************** shop ran by Project M Group LLC $128.84 for 4 records on January 13, 2022. When I received them, they were all damaged and one was not ******** into a resealable bag. Project M refused to replace the items even though they are still in stock on the website. Their solution was a lowball offer of a $10 store credit. Their other solution was for me to send the records back at MY expense, which is ridiculous when they sent damaged and used product. ******** service agent **** was no help at all and could care less. I requested a extremely fair partial refund of $25 but was scoffed at. The business has extremely poor customer service.

    On 1/23/22 I purchased TYPE O NEGATIVE 'OCTOBER RUST' LP + BOOK OF TYPE O NEGATIVE SPECIAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION for $65.95, order number ********. The ship date listed on the website was June 2022. This was meant to be a birthday gift in Sept 2022. The ship date was delayed until Nov 2022. I emailed ******************** on 10/17/22 to cancel the order and request a refund. **** responded and said order was canceled and refund should post in 1-3 business days. I emailed again on 10/27/22 because the refund still had not posted to my credit card. I never received another response. I contacted my credit card ********* on 11/10/22 to dispute the charge and was informed a dispute could not be submitted as the $65.95 charge occurred over six months ago. All I want is the $65.95 refund.
