I need immediate assistance. I have called numerous times and am getting no help. I need help immediately with order # ***** that was shipped on 4/23/25. As told MULTIPLE times over the phone, the items I ordered were supposed to say **********, ** I live in **************, not DC. The order shipped to me is INCORRECT and the items I received say Washington, ** which is the District of Columbia....not NC (**************) as ordered. This is the fault of the company. I need a prepaid return label sent to me by email so I can ship back these incorrect items and I need the correct items mailed to me ASAP. Please see the attached invoice for reference. Please respond promptly or I will have to file a claim with my credit card and/or the police department as needed. I ordered a custom hoodie from this company, they sent the product and spelled the customized text incorrectly. I checked my invoice to make sure I gave them the correct spelling, I did. I have tried to reach out through their emails and phone numbers and they are nonresponsive. They messed up my order and I have called and emailed them several times with no replies. They have a department that answers your call but they have no way of getting ahold of anyone who can do anything, all they can do is forward a message to someone else and nothing ever happens to resolve customer issues. No accountability and they have set it up this way purposely so they don't have to deal with anything and just make money even when they make mistakes. So when they make mistakes the customer is screwed and stuck not being able to use the product they spent their money on. **************** is non-existent and businesses that do things this way should not be legally allowed to do business.Customer Answer

I placed a order on 10/21/2023 in the amount of $49.98 which includes shipping. The company states on their web site that they offer 100% money back guarantee, 30 day return and online support. The item I received was incorrect and to small. Its was missing the custom location, and I ordered a XXLarge and this was more of a large. The day I received the package I emailed them to start the return process indicating I wanted my money back. For 4 days we emailed back and forth a couple times a day, they have stated they have sent the return label, which they haven not and i even checked my spam folder. When asked to send another I have not heard back from them. I called their ************** on 11/01/2023 and spoke with a associate who said she would have them send a return label which I still have not received. The order #***** and tracking #**********************. All i am requesting is a return label and a full refund.Customer Answer

I ordered 2 hoodies on 3/24/23 for $93.98, order# *****. They were supposed to be my daughters twelfth birthday this Sunday. I didnt open the package until 4/8/23 because I assumed they were going to be good quality since they are a so called official business. I have reached out 3x through email and their website, but have heard nothing back. I work during their hours of operation and cant call them. According to their website its 100% money back guarantee, even though submitting a return request on their website doesnt give that option. I submitted my return on 4/8/23, but it still shows as pending. Also, their website says online support 24/7, but no option to chat. Here is what Ive sent to them with no response. I've emailed yesterday, and submitted my return 4 days ago, and haven't heard anything. I'm very disappointed that I'm not getting any response. I would like to return my items, and get a refund on the card I used. The quality of the hoodies is terrible for a so called official product. There is a sheen on them, I'm assuming its from over screen printing and it burnt them. The text is awful, I wanted it to say MAUI, HI not Maui ******, and ***********, ** not ***********. They look fake and extremely cheesy. They're supposed to be for my twin girls twelfth birthday in 2 days and these won't work. Please let me know how this business will rectify this. I purchased a shirt on 8/8/22 for $22.98. When I purchased it, I was told I would receive it in 3-5 business days. I haven't received the shirt or any updates. I tried to email the company but received a message saying the delivery failed because the address couldn't be found. Please view attachments? This order was placed on 8/18/22 not 8/8/22 . However it was placed after our cut of time for shipping so we ship pines it the next day 8/19/22 which is a Friday however Im not sure how post office operate during weekends the next update was 8/22 or 8/23 on the tracking the items take 3-5 business days however as explained on our website if the order needs to be customized it does takes an extra day or 2 and the order she order is customized.
