      I want to buy a Christmas present for my wife. So I want to have the gift here by Christmas, 12/25, and I want to have her open on Christmas, 12/25. If I buy it now, 11/25, Ill have it in time to wrap it and get it under the tree. No rush. No stress. Problem is, Bearaby offer a 30 day trial so one can ensure they like it, and if not return it. But if I buy it now, that 30 days elapses before the gift is given. I asked if they could extend it to 30 days following Christmas, not an unreasonable request given its not for me, its a gift for my spouse. They are offering holiday extensions, but only to 1/15, which is only 2/3s of the trial period offered to a purchaser.They seek to be woefully uncaring about this with their only solution being, buy it after Christmas so you have the whole 30 days. They say so knowing that means come Christmas morning, I have to tell my wife that I havent bought her her gift yet, and shell have to wait until new years or after to get it. ********.

      purchased 2 knot pillows. Quality among the 2 were very inconsistent. I emailed and sent pictures as requested but never heard back. Even after multiple emails. Low quality products and horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

      The product works well (as it should for the jaw dropping price)though apparently does not wear well. But the customer service is abysmal. When they respond to problems, they give misinformation; when you call them on their lies, they just ghost you. Truly terrible experience with a wildly overpriced product.

      I never received my purchase. They said the courier misplaced it and to call the local enforcement. they did not offer a refund. I am out $300 dollars. They are just taking money without making sure their customers receive their product. I have a locker with a key that only I have access to as well as a code that gets sent to my phone. There is no way the package went missing unless bearably did not send it or their courier service is stealing. either way. I would not purchase anything form this company in the future.
