    I wrote a one-star review that did not show up on their website even though they responded to it. I then wrote another one so that it would be on their website. It did not show up. I did it again, it did not show up either. They are deleting bad reviews. If that's not illegal it's certainly underhanded and misleading.

    I was unable to use the discount code they provided on my email so I attempted to email them with no avail. I tried two more times meanwhile I received three emails offering a lowered discount for the items left in their shopping cart. The difference of the discount is minimal but it concerns me of how they will handle a return or warranty claim if their customer support is so poor.

    DO NOT send in your knives to be sharpened! I had twice in the past with no problem. They sent back my knives immediately the following week. This last time they have yet to send them back and have had them for over 3 weeks. I keep asking them to send them back to me now, I dont even care if they sharpen them anymore. They told me they escalated my problem and would ship them back to me. They confirmed they have them and have yet to send me back my knives. At this point, I believe they lost them or someone stole them that works there. I have lost hundreds of $ sending my 16 knives to them. This is a scam and terrible customer service! Send me my knives or send me new ones!

    Seems like they were ok with getting the bag and then keeping the machine running until they made their money and are now pretty much ghost. Items are out of stock for about a year now and only issues with orders.

    I want to be clear by saying that Misens products are quality which is the only reason I have continued dealing with their horrible order fulfillment process and subsequent customer service.I have ordered from ******************** three times and all three times there have been missing items in the order. The customer service representatives are respectful in their communication, but the whole process is frustrating and takes multiple steps that really drag things out. My most recent experience follows: They apologize for missing items and ask for a picture to be sent to confirm what arrived. Several days later, they acknowledge that the items were missing and ask for a confirmation of the shipping address to resend. After this is confirmed, usually a few days go by and a new email arrives asking if you are sure that you want the item sent to the address that was just confirmed. After this is done, they send a replacement. I have been through this process twice and am now on round three. My last order was placed on 12/4 with the incomplete order arriving on 12/21. After contacting Misen on the 21st, it took until 1/11 to receive the rest of the order.While dealing with the last order, I let them know that I was reconsidering being a repeat customer despite them having good products. The customer service representative disregarded these concerns. Despite having concerns, I decided to place one more order as a gift for my sisters birthday. I purchased the fish spatula, bench scraper, and 12 inch non-stick pan. I told her that it was unlikely that the whole order would arrive and to let me know when that happened. Well, the order arrived in a 9x12 envelope yesterday. No pan.Im sure this will be resolved by customer service by March or April. However, receiving apologies is no longer adequate. The only real apology that means anything would be Misen changing their order fulfillment process. It is unnecessarily sloppy and frustrating. After three tries, Im done!

    Update: After contacting customer service, they notified me that the pan was sent separately and apologized for not sending a tracking number. The pan arrived this week so my most recent issue is resolved. However, communication with this company continues to be an issue and it always turns out to be a hassle to order from them.

    First this review is based off customer service. I ordered the complete set of stainless pans with knives, instead I received the starter set. After contacting them and exchanging emails back and forth for a week they still have not made it right! All I want is the pans I paid for. Do not order from them, the pans are great but the hassle I have had to go through is not. Im at the point where its easier to just return them and spend a few more dollars for another brand.

    Products are ok for the money. But customer service is poor. I ordered some small tools from Misen and got on an email list with occasional sales. I recently places an order for two pans and some tools on sale at the time. I used affirm to pay for these and somewhere a long the line an extra pan was put into the order. I didnt realize this until I received the items a week later and contacted Misen. They told me since it was a sale that I could not return the extra item which had not been opened etc... Pretty frustrating and not conducive of keeping potential long term customers. It's a small error and the fact that they are so inflexible with customer really just signals bigger problems with them down the road. Wont be ordering from them again. In contrast, Ive had significantly better experiences with Material's customer service.
