    They use a persons insurance for a different person. They withhold contact lens prescriptions even after you purchase contact lenses with them. They do not resolve improper glass lens for glasses purchased with ******** insurances.

    Please be advised that customer ****** ******* was the patient. The medical insurance used for the services was the one where she is insured. Our office did not use any insurance for a different person, which can be verified through the patient's insurance.

    **** ******* had an eye exam on 08/16/24. She paid 150$ for the contact lens exam, which is not covered by ******** coverage she has. Additional fitting fee was waived since she placed the order for a six month supply of contact lenses through our store. The balance on the order was $640. No payment on the order was made. Upon receiving the order the patient refused to pay the balance and pick up the contacts. As per the customer she found a better price somewhere else. She demanded the prescription for contact lenses. We explained **** ******* that according to the rules, the doctor cannot release the prescription, since *********** has to be fitted first and the fitting fee should apply and cannot be waived without the purchase. She refused.

    As for the glasses the patient received under the ******** plan, we offered **** ******* to recheck glasses prescription under no charge and provide her a new pair if necessary. She refused.
