Please be advised *** ******** ****** is not acting in good faith with the filing of this complaint. He was seen for an eye exam with inactive ****************** and given free eyewear on the faith his insurance would provide coverage, and because of his ******** status, the doctor charged him for materials only instead of labor to have lenses put into frames. He then presented the doctor with two rimless luxury European eyewear from a brand (****) that is only available in one or two retailers in the entire ************* from a black plastic convenience store bag, much to the doctor's regret because these frames require hand drilling after the lenses are made. After the doctor removed the demo lens, one piece of the eyewear immediately broke off with it as well implying there was a structure defect. When *** ****** was confronted by the doctor about why he doesn't have a warranty with Freds to exchange or repair that part, he became extremely belligerent especially when the frames were questioned to be facsimiles or obtained from illicit third party retailers due to the unusually poor structural integrity. He was offered a refund, but he refused and gave the glasses back to the doctor to try to see what could be done. The doctor called up **********, a **** retailer in *********, to try to obtain a replacement for that frame, but they contacted ****** *************** and was told no replacement exists. Then he tried to see if jewelry spot welding could be done until his billing company informed him ********************** was inactive at which point the doctor ceased any and all further attempts to aid ******************************* owes the doctor $175 simply for the exam itself now due to having inactive insurance, I would advise him to simply pick up the completed pair and his other defective pair of eyeglasses and take his business elsewhere.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] my insurance was temporarily due to the timing of the year and process of renewal . My insurance is well working and would like a double check on my insurance done . And would like to move forward with figuring out what wha can be done about my broken glasses .. it is unfair to say my glasses were used or defaulted when they were brought into the store brand new .. I am also having trouble posting it here . But If this cannot be resolved in a proper manner I will also be contacting *************** with a video of him admitting to damaging them saying &  I quote yes it wont happen again , the drill slipped a little while working on it

Dear *** ******************** your bad faith is showing. Your insurance was inactive at the time of your 12/6/2024 visit as of 7/31/2024. I cannot back date your coverage now even if you've reactivated it. You still owe our office $175

    [Your Answer Here]

This will be my final attempt to try to resolve this , hoping that I could change your mind to resolve this without involve the court system , as yu can see in the images below sent , this proof of your never filing a claim under my insurance for yu to get paid is illegal , meaning  the glasses I am also wearing that yu gave me out your show case were pretty much given to me free , soooo Yur personal accusations and harassing statement of me owing yu momey for a claim that was never filed will lead to a bigger issue for yu , once I obtain the paper work that yu never filled a claim & the eye exam paper work to prove yu also proceeded to touch me as a patient illegally without checking if my insurance was on first .. if I do not receive a person call trying to resolve this issue . I will be forced to continue with my law suite
