    UPDATE: due to the fact that I wrote this review on ****** and Yelp, ******** from Orthocraft called me on September 13th 2022 and told me that my Brace will be ready by September 16th of September 23rd but...................ON SEPTEMBER 14TH 2022 AT 1:00PM, ******** called me and told me SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE AND THE **** IS MESS UP AND WE NEED TO SEND A PERSON AGAIN TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS AND DO A NEW ****.This is a JOKE AND RIDICULOUS if I didn't complain, they will have never called me and they will have left me in more pain and more suffering. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AND THEY ARE LIARS SPECIALLY ********************************* WHO NEVER RESPONDED EMAILS AND THEN RESPOND EMAILS JUST TO COVER HERSELF AFTER I REPORTED HER.To whom it may concern: It has been more than a month since an employee came to my home on August 1st 2022 at 12:00noon to take the measurements for a CUSTOM MADE BRACE for my left ankle. On the same day this employee stated that IT WILL TAKE A WEEK, OR A WEEK AND A HALF NO MORE THAN THAT, but it has been now 7 WEEKS and the company doesn't know when this brace will be made LEAVING ME IN PAIN.*******************************, employee of Orthocraft, gathered all my information, my ***************** immediately approved this brace and all necessary parts, BUT ORTHOCRAFT REFUSES TO MAKE THIS BRACE and Manager refuses to take my calls and answered me, worst of all when I call today a secretary who referred to me as a female when she clearly knew I am a male patient, making fun of me, putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then hang up on me and when I call using another phone she refused to help and stated THE MANAGER IS ON A MEETING RIGHT NOW NOT SURE IF SHE CAN CALL YOU and proceed to make funny remarks.This is OUTRAGEOUS THAT A DISABLED PATIENT HAS TO BE IN PAIN DUE TO THIS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES and if they are "Competent" then why they hide and don't call me.

    This review is missing some key factors and also slanders an individual outright who had nothing to do with the amount of time that it was taking. We have spoken to the insurance company and have told them we are not working with the patient so they can transfer the authorization to another company.Thank you!
