I open up a small business that sell bubble tea and drink. So I choose this company which also includes the *** system I open up July 5 2023. When I sign the contract I state that there will be 3% Surcharge on the credit card transaction, when the *** arrives it keep having problems it will not show on the receipt there is 3%Surcharge I call the company and have them to fix. They tell me they need to upgrade the software which will be a while. I tell them that is not right for me to run a business without having the right amount show on the customer receipt, so I decide return the whole system includes the credit card machine, and they tell me there is noting wrong with the computer they cannot return which I use it only 1 month. This is the bad company I went to there main office in ***************************** with the system to return I stood in the hallway for over 20 min. And non of the management come out talk to me. I recently obtained two Snap EBT machines from Icon Payments to use for my company ******** *********** which worked without issue for a week until Icon Payments started withholding the earned balance. Typically, the balance is transferred to my ************** account within two days. However, the remaining balance of around $33k has been withheld by Icon Payments for seven days since the 16th. After noticing this, I stopped using the equipment on the 20th and reached out to the company for an explanation. Their response was that we had made too many transactions, but a significant number of our customers rely on Snap. I have not yet received any communication regarding the situation or when the funds will be released. I am asking that Icon Payments promptly release the remaining balance owed to us.
