      - Order placed on 28JUL24.- Order was not shipped until 14AUG24.- Received an email regarding a delivery delay on 18AUG24.- Order received on 20AUG24 (greater than 3 weeks after order date).- Company was contacted via email on 22AUG24 requesting to return. - Received an immediate response from company stating to give them two business days to work on how to proceed with the return.No response.- Company was contacted via email on 27AUG24 to follow-up as greater than two business days had elapsed. No response. - Company was contacted via email again on 29AUG24 regarding the lack of response on to proceed with return.No response.- Company was contacted via email on 30AUG24 informing them next steps would be going to the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of response and resolution.

      ordered a limited edition perfume from DS and Durga. Received my perfume on 4/27 but the bottle was defective and the perfume is unusable. Reached out to customer service the same day. Received a reply from ***************************** on 4/30 requesting images of damaged product. Sent images on 4/30. Received another messaged from ****** on 5/1 and in this email she requested confirmation of my address so they could send a replacement. Sent my address to ****** on 5/1/24. Since I never received a reply, I resent my message on 5/8. They have yet to make good on either replying or sending my new bottle of $200+ perfume.

      My bottle of perfume (Debaser) from this company had a faulty atomizer. I pressed it to spray and the entire atomizer dropped inside the bottle of liquid, leaving it unprotected. I contacted customer service and have been dealing with "******" for the past week. All I wanted was for *************************** to send me an empty bottle of Debaser so that I could pour the exposed liquid into a bottle that isn't defective. I'm even willing to pay the shipping! Initially, ****** told me that she would send a new atomizer (even though she couldn't explain how I should go about replacing it) and now she's decided all I can do is purchase an entirely new bottle of perfume from them at a 30 percent discount. I'm so tired of dealing with her. I've sent them proof of purchase and all other information she has requested. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the poor workmanship of their bottles and their bad customer service. If this isn't rectified soon, my unprotected liquid in the defective bottle will go bad!
