    Excellent in every way! Our Tushy Ace 2.0 is an amazing bidet and the Tushy paper is wonderful. Shipping is fast and the website is easy to navigate. Great rewards program too. Im telling everyone I know to get a Tushy.

    Wow, amazing. i had a leakage with my tushy (not sure if my problem or a dysfunctional part) but tushy customer support was SO helpful, listened to my issue, offered to help with follow up problems. just amazing service, the best customer service *** experienced in my entire life.

    Unbelievably bad customer service. No response to three emails to them complaining that one of the two bidets I ordered was defective. Then when I was finally able to locate a phone number for them, the process for returning said bidet was started. But the website I was directed to doesn't actually complete the process AND in the option to return it for a refund it claims that a restocking fee is involved. Why? The item is defective! I plan to let everyone I know to skip TUSHY if they are looking for a quality product that has follow-up and communication. Ridiculous and terribly unprofessional.

    I love my Tushy products. I love my bidets, bamboo toilet tissue, and wave seat. Their customer service is reliable and so are their products. Most importantly their products minimize plastic waste and demonstrate their sustainability focus.

    ******** customer service and will not refund my money.I ordered a product and they failed to ship it for a week. When I requested to just cancel the order and refund my money, they refused!They said that they would not refund my money until the product arrived and AFTER I returned it to them.I continued to ask for my money back, but have still not gotten it.
