    I thought I was buying phone time for an inmate to call me, the phone number they provide does not work even after you register the number. I asked for a full refund but they said they charge a non refundable charge of ***** dollars. I know I'm not the only one that this happened to. I just want to warn others don't fall for it its a scam.

    I went to create an account and was charged *****. It never said I was purchasing anything nor did it give an amount that I was going to be charged. It just said create an account. Precious dealing with this type of service had you create an account pit a card on file and then you selected the service you wanted. It never ever provided an amount, subtotal, or that I was going to be charged. It said create account and then once you created the account it said thank you for your purchase. I had no idea what I was purchasing or even an amount until I checked my bank.i would never have agreed to a ***** charge as all my previous had been 10 to 20 dollars.
