      My napkins are perfect! I just wish that they were priced a little more reasonably. They do a superb job with the printing and they are shipped in a timely fashion. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

YOU NOT ONLY TOOK MY MONEY AND PROCESSED THE ****** YOU CAME BACK TO SAY IT WOULDN'T BE READY EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID THE EXTRA AMOUNT TO GET IT ON TIME.       Hi *****, I'm so sorry about this error. We had a death in the family, disrupting the order processing. We always do our very best to ship on time and meet rush delivery dates. I am incredibly sorry that this was not the case for this order. The ribbon should arrive today and please keep it at no charge.

      Our Rush Order of 150 personalized 16oz foam cups for a Surprise Marriage Proposal Party had very little lead-time. **** in Shipping kept pushing the order along & we were Thrilled when they arrived ON TIME! Also, the printed "Cheers to ************ With Love" EXCEEDED our expectations & was the toast for the party! Thanks again ****!!! Grateful Granny
