    While Westpoint Print and Media did a good job self- publishing my 2 books with an 'Assisted Publishing and Marketing contract) entitled:The Learning Train - ABCs (Auth code ******* 7-26-2021 for $699 and Picture Words Unscramble (Auth. code ******) 7-28-2021 $450,I never received some type of Dashboard Login account to be able to keep track of any online Sales and to also be able to receive my Royalties by direct deposit or by mail?? Westpoint *********************************************** did post my books on line with a web link but as far as I know, I never received a tracking/royalty setup link along those lines. *************************** was my Fulfillment Rep but I have not received any contact from him about this issue for a good year now. I aready filed a BBB Complaint regarding this exact issue on 5-5-2022 with NO Response from Westpoint Print and Media via ************************* or *************************** ************************************************************************************ and ***************************** (finance?)****************************************************************************** ************************* ************** ************** Ext is **** *************************** Ext. is **** _________________Desired Outcome To get a Login account or Dashboard account in order to keep track of my book sales on Amazon and other Book Distributors and to also, be able to receive my royalties by mail or direct deposit.
