    I am filing this complaint due to unacceptable delays, lack of communication, and an unprofessional response from 21 Century *********************************************** submitted a referral for an urgent MRI and clearly communicated the time-sensitive nature of the request. Despite this, the office did absolutely nothing for three full daysnot even a courtesy update. Only after I personally followed up did they inform me that they were missing necessary documentation and that the doctor would be out of the office until the following week. This was information they had from the beginning, yet no one reached out.When I left a public review expressing my concerns, the business responded with a condescending and dismissive comment, essentially blaming me and stating, you are not the only patient and we are not the *** This is a grossly unprofessional response for any healthcare-related business. It reflects a complete lack of accountability, empathy, or respect for patients time and wellbeing.This business wasted valuable time during a medically urgent situation, failed to communicate vital information, and then responded with arrogance instead of professionalism.I am requesting that this complaint be recorded and taken into account for any future evaluations of this providers public record. I have since transferred my care to a different imaging center that treated me with professionalism and urgency.
