**** and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in ********. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expectmaterials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. They also provided regular updates as the repairs were underway, ensuring we always felt informed. We would absolutely work with them again in a heartbeat!

Royal Renovators are top of the line. High quality service! I hired them to replace my shingle roof, a flat roof, and gutters. My experience with them was wonderful from the beginning, to the end. **** was such a pleasure to work with. She explained the process in detail. Answered every concern that I had. Sent me pictures and videos during the job. The whole crew was amazing. The work was superb, fast, and efficient. My new roofs look fantastic. The price was reasonable and fair. I was even impressed with the clean up at the end of the day. I have no complaints and I am very happy.Royal Renovators Inc.

We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but ****, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day.
Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted ****, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in ******** since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you!Royal Renovators Inc.

**** and the crew that worked on our home were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, competent and did an amazing job. We had our House Siding and gutters completely replaced. Royal Roofing did a great job for us. Everyone we dealt with was professional and responsive. Our insurance company required an inordinate amount of information. ****, our project manager, was incredible. He responded promptly and went above and beyond, helping us respond to the demands of our insurance company. He explained everything clearly. When we were ready to get the work done, the crew was prompt and efficient. We are a relatively small building and I believe we were given the same attention a larger building would receive. Prompt, professional, courteous, and congenial. Explained everything, accommodated all needs, worked hard. Concerned to do everything they could to do a top job. Rook on a difficult job that others would not touch. Costly, but you get what you pay for and therefore the cost was justified.Royal Renovators Inc.
