    Hello, my name is ***********************, I reside at **********************************************************, I called (or I thought I calling) a company called ************************************* to have cameras installed on my property. Instead I was duped by a man named *********************** who owns Garrettgold LLC ******** Systems whose address now lists as *********************************************** ** ********* ** **********. He told me he works for Abstract (come to find out he was fired but still had the company phone) and that he will do the installation. He arrived on 8/15/23 and charged me $1,136.00 for installing three cameras (which I felt/know I was being overcharged) and then when I complained the cameras weren't working properly and needed to be repositioned. He told me it wasn't a problem, came back and then charged me an additional $750.00 because the mother board had to be upgraded (he just installed this in August 2023 and I need an upgrade a month later?). I still paid him and the cameras are still not working properly (some never come on, others come on then turn off), I keep calling and he promises to send someone or refund me my money but he never comes or sends anyone and I haven't received a ***** back from this *****.

    Garrettgoldllc has  Serviced and helped customer *******. She stated
    what she needed done. She was told the price for all products and
    service as well as labor. She was always under the impression that she
    was dealing with Garrettgoldllc and no other business as she stated. She
    was OK with pricing and the service given. She paid her balance by
    check In which payment bounced. She was given benefit of doubt to pay
    remaining  balance In which she did. After she called a couple weeks
    later stating her cameras were going in and out. As i stated to her
    previously, the last installer did not do wiring job properly. I told
    her being that she went with my business now, I would be able to
    comeback and rewire her system to help with any malfunction done by
    previous camera company. Because I was not able to come on times she
    needed me too, she then became very irate and her personality totally
    changed. She threatened me to report me saying it was my fault and that I
    cheated her. I contacted previous company myself In which they stated
    they went back to handle wiring problem being that they installed it. So
    all worked was complete from other company as well as Garrettgoldllc. I
    believe ******* possibly does not understand the facts of the situation
    and is acting out of emotions. I would like to resolve this situation
    and do hope the best for her.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     first made contact with ** *********************** on 8/18/23 at 5:05pm for an installation of a new camera and reposition my two prior cameras at the back of my home . ** *********************** scheduled the installation for 8/21/23 , at 4:56 pm both ** *********************** and his coworker arrived , installation was done and they left cost of installation of new camera and repositioned was ******** . On 8/25/23 I noticed two of my cameras which ** *********************** repositioned were glitching I thought nothing of it at the time till the next day the third camera was glitching also . I made a phone call to ** *********************** about it but he didnt answer my call by which I left a message . The problem became worst with all three cameras blanked out on 8/29/23 . I called again and left several messages but did not get a call back . I sent txt messages also none of which was answered . On 9/5/23 I again reached out to *************** and he responded, he apologized and told me he was out of town since it was Labor weekend. I proceeded to share my pics and videos of the cameras blanking out and glitching . We arranged a said date for repair 9/8/23 , that day I made contact but *************** cancelled for another day , which he again cancelled this went on for days upon days finally the month had passed and there were just a lot of messages from me to him and empty promises and a lot of cancellations. On 11/3/23 at 10:03 am **************** visited my home and proceeded to itemize items which I needed to purchase which totaled to $750.00 , he returned later that day and completed the job and I gave him a cheque . Later that night the glitching on two cameras was again present along with one camera blank , I reached out to him and again sent him pics and video . ***************** said it must be the wiring which h*** fix . We scheduled a repair day which was 11/5/23 but he canceled said it was a family emergency, On 11/6/23 *************** called and said the cheque bounced , I told him that has to be an error because I have $ in my account . I told him to come later that day and Ill pay with my bank card , he arrived at 7:25 pm I gave him my card the payment went through and he came into my home to see the glitching again , he said he was running late for his daughter so h*** return the next day . The next day was a total bust I waited but he didnt show up , this went on till 11/22/23 by this time I was very angry and txt him to request a different technician to come fix the problem , he was hesitant at first but agreed . , his coworker contacted me via txt to arrange a time but when I responded there was no response on his end . On 11/26 /23 at 12:49pm after numerous calls and txt messages which had gotten heated between *************** and myself he offered to refund my $750.00 which I have to prove via txt message .  On 11/28/23 we had a civil conversation by which he apologized for getting upset and said hes willing to fix the problem, I gave him another chance to redeem himself. *************** came to my home on 11/30/23 at 3:05 pm again did not do any repairs, we scheduled a date for him to return 12/5/23 which he again did not show up , didnt call either . By this time I was completely fed up and decided to contact another contractor . On 12/13/23 my problems was fixed by another contractor which cost me $381.00 , the issue was faulty wiring which was done by *************** .
