    Short fat Hatiain woman is rude and angry for no reason. She seemed to have an attitude when my fingerprints wouldn't register no fault of my own. She started handling my finger's rough until I had to check her about it. I've been fingerprinted enough times to know to relax my hands and let the technician takeover. Situation didn't resolve itself until she (technician) wiped-off the scanner. Maybe she should've wiped-down the scanner after every client and not let dirt and grime build-up on the scanner. On a positive note, I was seen relatively close to my scheduled appointment time, so I will give it a rating of three stars. Establishment's waiting room is very, very tiny, you'll be on top of each other if some people don't wait outside, good thing for me it is Summer weather and the sun was out.
