    This business has been having bad service for the past few months, 70% of their washers and dryers don't work, the floors constantly dirty, the place is dusty, the ***** staff is completely rude and disrespectful. I've witnessed customers being told to shut up when she kindly notified the the ***** staff that there was a water puddle on the floor from the washer and she almost fell from it. The ***** staff went to get a mop and threw the mop at the customer to clean it. The neighbors in the community are complaining report issues to the owners and nothing is resolved. All they can say is sorry. This business needs a site visit due to all several violations I'm witnessing.

    Good Day,This laundry operating like a poor people place. I see customers getting buckets of water to put into the machines so their clothes can wash. Why is this? Other laundry mat, customers do not have to put water into the machine. There price is the same as every other laundry mat.The laundry cart is full of rust. The laundry mat does doe clean the lint, top of machine or place.People hang out in the laundry and not doing laundry. This feels un-safe. Broken chairs for customers to sit in.As usual, most of the machines have a out of order sign. Why are they not fixing the machines? Why do the machines not have enough water?Why is the laundry cart for people's clothes full of rust?Can someone please inspect this place. That's a safety concern....

    We do have some washer out of service due to Computer mother board issue and Inverter issue. But we still have lots of machines that for customers to be used.

    People who using the bucket to put more water is because they want more water no because that's not enough water in the machine. You can't stop customers doing that.

    That's two people who live nearby stay in the store, but that's no way to kick them out. Even though for calling the cops, the cops can't help too much and each time we have to wait 3-4 hours for them to visit. And they don't bother anyone.

    The washing machines (small) at the laundry does not work appropriately. For example, even if a customer puts less than a cup full, the machine (at the end) contains ************. Fabric softener was applied in the machine and the results are the same with the smaller machines. It does not benefit me to pay for a larger machine if I have a small load. In addition, when rinsed again with softener- the results are the same. In addition, a large number of machines have a "do not work sign" posted which has been present for a long time.It is clear that the machines are not kept maintained and repairs. However, the cost of a wash as increased.After, I mentioned to the worker about the concern, he said "I am not telling the truth." But, I am telling the truth and re-play the video to witness not much soap was entered in the machine.Thank You

    For the question customer said He/She puts little soap and it end up with a lot of soap. I just wanna say that the customer didn't know how to use the machine.

    I have mentioned to many customers that only putting little soap for the rugs, comforter and blanket. Because those items are not gonna absorb any soap, so whatever you put the soap, it ends up with a lot of soap expect you have to put the softer, but the problem is a lot of customers they wanna using a lot of soap and don't wanna use the softer. I have never had a problem with customers who using the softer and still have a lot of soap left in the machine. And normally as the customers need a rinse, we never charge them. We will tell them how to do next time, and just start the machine for them for free.

    Yes, that's couple of machines have the "OUT OF SERVICE" sign on it. Because those machines we need the special parts, and it is kinds of hard for us to find it.

    No one wanna put the sign on it, but that's no choice.

    When the customer complains about the price changed, i have nothing to said. We increase the price for washer $0.25 every 2 years. And the dryers we increase $0.10 for this year, and the price remain for 8 years.  I don't know why they have to complain about the price. Everything is expensive now, so what can we do.
