    The laundry cards are not for free, we charge $7.00 for the laundry card on all of our locations. We have everywhere the signs explaining the rules.

    This establishment provides washing machines to apartment buildings. Presently there are four dryers and three washing machines. On numerous and consistent basis these machines break down. As tenants and or customers we have called this establishment to report break down of machines and request refunds.Unfortunately the business has an individual which returns the initial call only to deny any refunds but also insults by dictating that tenants are purposely breaking machines.In a day and age where everyone is having difficulty in one way shape of form this business is steeling from hard working families.

    This tenant claimed that on August 20 at 12:30 PM the washer machine #4 didnt work. We checked the camera and see that he inserts the card, the machine dont start, he disconnects it from the power( he not supposed to do this) and claims its not working , then he goes to VTM machine adds money to his card , put his clothes from washer #4 to  a different washer and starts the machine, machine starts. The mechanic comes in one hour and in front of him and supers helper starts the washer #4 and proves that machine is working. He had not enough money on the card. We caught this tenant several time claiming the machine is not working when he didnt have enough money on his card. Kings Boro laundry will not return money to anybody if the machine is working. We issue a refund only when machine is not working and need a repair.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     First and foremost there is no such washing machine #4.

    Second this business is a outside entity and absolutely has no access to cameras on the premises.

    Furthermore the superintendent was never involved in this situation at all.

    when I was contacted by this establishment I was told that I am not entitled to any refund because I drenched the soap compartment with soap causing the washing to break down. Please keep in mind that the supposed mechanic appeared a week and a half after I reported the break down of machine. Also these machines are very inconsistent by which the water is dispensed from different compartments, therefore I always wait to see where I should apply soap. This being the case the machine fail to operate prior to me applying liquid soap.

    And as far as disconnecting the power, well this never happened. (I challenge anyone/everyone to actually look at the cameras and there will be evidence that this business response is completely FALSE).

    the machine in question was#5 and #7. The very nasty person that called indicated that I was only entitled to a refund of machine #7($2)

    This business has been doing the same thing to all 52 units at this residence.
