      This company received my package from another company but held the package for days before they rejected it and sent it back to the original company with no explanation except that they will not take shipments from me. They likely thought that this would delay my plans.

      This company lacks transparency and is abusive to its customers! Each time I have shipped with them over the past three years, they will change the price of the shipping fee even though the item shipped is always the same dimension. The price will sometimes be higher even when the weight is less than the previous shipment of the same dimensions. They have started charging an extra fee for shipments made from November through January 31 but your package will not arrive any sooner. If you dare to complain to them about their inconsistencies with pricing, quality of service or customer service in general, they will promptly tell you to use some other company. They will also reject your package if you use another company that ships through them.Basically, they want you to take their abuse and say nothing, rather than improve their service - even if you have been a regular customer.
