    I placed an order on the *** Spring website and entered my credit card details at that time. Later I received a phone call requesting payment by check instead. So I sent a check. I received the order but also started receiving invoices. I wrote that I had already paid and referenced the order number and my check number which had cleared. No response to my emails or phone calls, just MORE INVOICES!Eventually I reached a person and discovered they had entered two orders and expected me to pay for both of them. But I could return the parts for a credit, they assured me. One of the items I can use the other I cannot, so I returned half of each of the orders. Both packing sheets enclosed with the items I was returning clearly identified.Can I send them the tracking number? Done. Next I hear from them that I needed a RMA! Then that they need to send the parts to another of their locations and I will get a credit. Fine. Guess what? More invoices! They credited only one item! Or maybe the other order has a credit which they have nor bothered to offset about this one.I have spent hours on this with no resolution. It is not about the money, which is trivial. It is about my time and my credit rating.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Lee Spring Company LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I received the following response from the ************* at ***************************** on April 7 indicating that they have corrected the account but I have not received an follow up from them showing that my account has actually been updated. I have also not receved any more invoices so it seems to be true, but I did not recieve a response to my email to her on April 8: "Please confirm with me when this has been settled. It has been going on for more than 3 months!"

    My system was down.

    I see a credit was internally applied to the invoice. This is why its showing half is due.

    If you receive any past due emails these maybe automated and can be ignored.
