      I purchased an electrolux steamer from HSN back in November. After about a month of use, it stopped working. I called customer service and was given the ** #***** and told to return it. Tracking shows the item was delivered on March 14th, with the ** # and proof of purchase. Since then, I haven't heard anything. I have tried calling several times, only to get sent to a full mailbox that won't accept anymore voicemails. Basically, they stole my steamer and I'm out of the $65 I paid for it.

      On Jan. 19th i ordered a Jiffy steamer from this company off of **** for $155. it was to be here in 3 to 5 days. It did not arrive and the tracking number only showed that a shipping label had been made with **** but never sent out. I called and they said there was some kind of problem but they would resend it that day . That was on Jan. 25th . There has still been no activity on the tracking number and now they dont answere phonee .
