    Entered into a binding contract ***** Stone decor **** That was paid in full in advanced! When I would try to submit anything via email it wasnt accepted by ***** stone decor **** I was told repeatedly that I would have to present that information in person. Unfortunately I wasnt able to do so during the pandemic because I was stuck in another state, taking care of a dying mother! Apparently unbeknownst to me other family members took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted but unfortunately I was the only one in contract with ***** Stone decor *** also Im the executor of my grandmothers will! Which ***** stone decor was aware of! Perhaps, if they werent so antiquated on how they ran a business they would have at least had gotten this holocaust survivors name, correct! Color of the stone correct & stone sizing etc..

    We do not have an order under the name displayed. All monument work is done with plot owner's written authorization and approvals which are kept in our files. All and every detail has to be approved by the plot owner before application on to the monument. This sounds as a family dispute, which we do not take any part in. There are many ways to communicate with us, phone, e-mail, text, fax and in person.We always respond to any request on timely matter.
