    I've used Marcia kessner's services for several months, during which she failed to do her job and lied to me.I'm not using bbb to litigate her services or payments... I simply need am invoice from her to know what she's billed me for so that I can audit it... But she refuses to provide any invoice and doesn't respond to any form of communication.It is her obligation to provide invoices as she promised when we started and also implied on her website
