    Was looking to open account. Never started using them for payroll, yet they started billing. Refused to refund.

    We have carefully reviewed your case and, unfortunately, we are unable to approve your refund request at this time.

    Fingercheck is a SaaS product with a monthly subscription. According to our terms of use (************************************************) clients are billed monthly beginning 30 days after signing up. Our records indicate that you signed up for services in May 2023 and you were charged in June 2023. 

    Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    My account was not yet verified, and not ready to process payroll, how could I possibly be charged?

    we tried to set up payroll with this company they never finalized setting up the account however charged us monthly fees for a few months they told us to contact billing however never returned out calls or emails to pay us back
