Reading everyone review here is surreal. It seems to me that's this business modus operandi. I am currently going through a situation with that company, that totally shocked me. I will make one final attempt to contact the manager and if unsuccessful I will take them to court. Imagine charging my insurance company over $6000 for towing and storage then saying that the insurance only paid $1600. I have all the receipts, infact it was the insurance company that raised the issue with me, after realizing they crazy pricing. They have no clue what's coming their way, infact they admitted that they made mistakes and pledged to correct the situation. Since then the insurance company wrote them, I made contact via phone but it always that the manager will return correspondence, which never happens. This is the Most unethical company I've every dealt with. This brings me no joy, since the owners are countrymen, I've heard.Trying desperately to avoid court because of time consumption, but no choice at this point.

They charged me $2300 for a Reg toll that was 0.5 mile to their shop when I asked why I cost so much they told me it was because of accident rates when I looked on the their business truck at the rates it clearly says accident rates are $125 so where does this extra $2100 come from nobody has a answer please do not use these people they are crooks

My car was towed for blocking a driveway and when I arrived to pick it up, the employee told me I needed to sign a form stating that I authorized the tow of the vehicle. When I told him I didnt authorize the tow and didn't want to sign, he refused to help me and told me I must not want my car. The bigger issue is that per *** Provision 19-169.1, the maximum a tow company can charge is $125 for a tow and up to three days of storage. I was charged $250, they required cash, and attempted to not give me a receipt. These are truly scam artists who are preying on consumers with predatory practices. The owner was very nasty (I had to call the cops) and told me to "take him to court" for the overage that they charged. I plan on doing this but please, if your car ever ends up here, I hope you know the law and report them accordingly.
