I have sent someone to this location to get a necessary certification about a month ago. Every weekend for the past 4 weekends no one is at the office at the time of the class to open the door. The Monday after we receive emails saying it has been rescheduled for the following weekend. However as I stated before he has gone every weekend for a month and still no one is there to open the door, let alone give the actual class. They keep claiming theyll give a 50$ credit but what good is the credit if he is still not being able to take the class because no one is there at the scheduled time. He is there now at 10:12 Am and has been there song 9:45 AM, the class is at 10Am and NO ONE IS THERE. Beware of business.

We offered the class on November 19, 2023 and if the person did not want to attend they could have came or asked for a refund. Nothing was requested from us. Part of our terms of service is that we can cancel a class if there is not enough attendance and that none of the classes are guaranteed.

I understand it was a misunderstanding but this is not something we do. We had the class November 19, 2023 with 8 students. No issues. As I said if he would like a refund we will gladly offer him. One but the fact that he missed the class is not our fault. Please remove this complaint as it is irrelevant. All our classes that are 100% confirmed we send a text and call as well as email. If its not confirmed we call and reschedule the person. I am assuming the office contacted the person to reschedule.
