    I searched for a vacation at www.applevacations.com and some how was steered to a travel agency site. I booked the trip and travel insurance on 7/14/23 which has best price guarantee not knowing it was through a travel agency #********. The price has dropped a lot and I want to get credit for the lower price. I called apple vacations and was told they can not help me only the travel agency can. AJM GLOBAL AKA Best buy resorts will not return phone messages and of course there email they provide does not work. This is a horrible company that only wants your money and will not do anything for you. I would like a complete refund from this company at this point. I have lost all faith in this company to help me if anything goes wrong on this trip. I can not get anyone to return my calls.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  As long as they follow though with what I discuss with them. It may take 30 days to see the price difference. They did respond promptly to the complaint I made with BBB, which was very good.

    I had booked a reservation through ***** ************* for upcoming travel in February 2023. I called ***** ********* about the reservation as our flights keep changing. Unfortunately, ***** ********* is unable to make a modification to our reservation without the approval of the travel agency-only issue. I have been unable to get ahold of this "travel agency" they call themselves AJM global *** (******************* The number on file is ************** or ************ and I have tried each multiple times in hopes to get an account number to allow ***** ********* to modify the reservation. I DID NOT choose this travel agency as I set up an account with ***** ********* and honestly did not know that one would be assigned to us after booking. So this is in no way my fault and I would like to just be able to get ahold of this "agent" or be able to modify our reservation without an agent. Thank you.
