    Ordered custom outdoor sofa cushions in May 2022 with Sunbrella fabric for $4,355. Order came and the cushions started retaining water to the point where they have to be drained each time it rains. The fabric should be repelling the water. Sent videos to **** and *** 6/15. We had to wait until September because they took too long to arrange and we were away for the summer. They sent someone 9/20 to see the problem for themselves. The man came and agreed something had to be done, there was definitely a problem as this water retention should not be happening. I followed up a few weeks later and have never received a response with any reconciliation. Never asked for money, we just want the cushions to perform the way they should. Weve followed up by email four times with no response.
