    I bought 12 D size lithium batteries for tracking collars on hunting dogs. After using the batteries two days 6 had quit tracking. Fter 4 days all of the collars were dead. I nought the same batteries in 2017 and they lasted untill 2022. Actually some were still working but we decided to change them due to the age. I contacted the supplier who said they didnt have the batteries on stock and didnt expect anymore and they told me to red/submit the order for the ************** to overlook for approval. I was told no money would be takien from my account. recieved a call from the ************** that he would not refund my money, $200,48, but offered me a ***** dollar reembusment. I refused the ***** because it was obvious they sent me a bad batch of batteries. These batterries have a 7 year shelf life and obviously they had reached the end of their worth. The next day they charged my card again for the ****** dollars and I had to call and demand them to return the money. I have in an email where the spokesperson said no money would be taken out, however it did. I did get the second ****** returned by I still want my intial purchase for the batteries that were defective. I have tried to get them to send me a comprable battery to the one I ordered but was told that their shippping manager said if I wasnt happy with their product not to do business with me. I cant think of anyone who would be happy with ****** dollars worth of defective batteries. the right thing for them to do is to refund my money for the batteries and at least apologize for the hours of labor I had changing the batteries out that I had to buy from batteryjunction that work perfectly. right is right and wrong is wrong. I feel lik I have been scammed by Global Imports, whose website name is **********************. located at **************************************************

    Our orders team was trying to help ********************* with this case, here is some more info.

    See attached 2 invoices

    ********************* Invoice ****** shipped (total $192 for the batteries)
    ********************* Invoice ****** NOT shipped

    Invoice ****** was paid.

    When ********************* contacted our orders team for help with this order, I informed ********************* to order online, and add a note to the order requesting a credit for $192 for the new order.

    ********************* followed these steps.

    We did not ship the DEC. 2022 order because this product is not available. 

    I explained to ********************* several times that the order was canceled, and we never charged the credit card for the second order. I explained that Shopify does an authorization on your credit card, when you order on our website. This authorization expires after 7 days. I explained this to ********************* when the order was cancelled due to no availability of this product, also no availability of the same size battery in a different brand.

    Please let ********************* know that if he still wants a refund for Invoice ******, this is the final response from our refunds team manager.

    Please send back all batteries in Invoice ******, so that we can give you the refund for this order.
