On 3/21/2025 I spoke with **** about getting a car shipped from ** to ************. He gave me a price, sent a contract and took a deposit. The driver never showed up to pick up the car when he was supposed to. **** speaks very broken hard to understand English. Bottom line is he couldn't find a driver. I canceled and asked for a refund which he agreed. I never received a refund, they won't return calls or emails. It's a total scam operation that gives you a low price then once you sign up they over triple the price. Total scam, do not use. They should have their license revoked.

    Dear ******,
We sincerely apologize for the experience youve had and the inconvenience it has caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with delays and communication issues, and we truly regret that the service did not meet your expectations.
As you were informed during our discussions, the route in question proved to be a "dry route," and unfortunately, drivers were requesting significantly higher rates than initially quoted. This situation was beyond our control and led to the unforeseen delays.
That said, we did process your refund as promised. The refund was issued on March 28, 2025, and we have attached a screenshot with the transaction ID for your reference.
We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope this clarifies the matter. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

This company quoted me at a price of $465 for a car transport. I asked them to clarify if that price would be the actual price or if there was a chance it would increase and ***** assured me that the price would be $465 as long as I sent the $100 today. So I paid the $100 deposit. The car was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday after they arranged pick up time on Monday. No one called on Monday to schedule a pickup time and when they called on Tuesday they said that the price was now $900 and I signed the contract so could not get my $100 back. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered today. No one has contacted the dealership to line up transportation so the vehicle is still ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* anyway. So I am out $100, do not have my vehicle, and cannot contact the company.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience youve experienced. NSLA Carship does not practice such actions, and we take your concerns very seriously. The issue with your order arose because *** *****, who was handling your case, unfortunately had an accident on Tuesday while returning from the office. This prevented him from answering your calls and texts.
We have already initiated a refund for the $100 deposit, and it should be in your account within 2-3 working days. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and are committed to making things right.
Thank you for your understanding, and we once again apologize for the trouble. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

This company is predatory and unprofessional. We arranged shipment of a vehicle from ********** to ******* with a company that had a similar name. We mistakenly contacted NSLA to confirm the shipment which had already been prepaid. At that time, they took the information for the delivery and contacted the receiving party (my unsuspecting daughter) and requested a deposit of $150 sent by ***** to receive her car. The company knowingly deceived my daughter by contacting her directly to send a deposit and make her sign a contract in order to receive her car, even though they should have been contacting me (the sender) to make any payment arrangements. The company then refused to return the money (obviously requesting ***** instead of a credit card so the customer cannot dispute the charges). This is unprofessional and predatory behavior. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company. I will be reporting the business to BBB and posting to other review boards for consumer awareness.

I am filing a complaint against Carship NSLA due to serious issues with their service.I paid $1,100 for a round-trip delivery. After the car was delivered to the first destination, Carship NSLA demanded additional payment for the return trip, claiming the initial fee covered only one way. I canceled their service and contracted a new company, paying a $100 initial deposit.Despite canceling, Carship NSLA dispatched a driver to pick up my vehicle. I mistakenly believed this was the new company, and I signed a document confirming the pick-up. Later, the new company informed me they had not picked up the car, and I discovered the driver was from Carship NSLA.I also had to pay $200 to terminate my contract with the new company due to the confusion. Carship NSLA admitted their error regarding the cancellation fee, and I have this on video. However, they tried to blame me for the situation. In total, I incurred $300 in additional costs ($100 deposit + $200 termination fee). An additional 850 I'm spending on the unauthorized delivery of my SUV. I'm paying the *************************** seeking legal action against NSLA carship. I am seeking compensation for these costs and resolution for the inconvenience caused.

    Dear *******,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely regret the inconvenience youve experienced throughout this process, and we understand your frustration regarding the series of events that transpired.
At Nsla Car Ship, we strive to offer transparent and reliable services, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the round-trip delivery and the additional payment requested for the return trip. The initial quote you received was based on the terms and pricing of past shipments, and the increase for the return leg was due to the specific conditions and challenges of the route, which required higher costs for transportation. We apologize for any lack of clarity regarding this and understand how this could have been frustrating.
Additionally, we deeply regret the confusion surrounding the pick-up of your vehicle. We understand that there was a misunderstanding regarding the cancellation of the service. While we believed the service had been canceled, our records show that it was not formally processed as such. As a result, our driver was dispatched for the return trip, and we regret the confusion this caused.
We also understand that the additional costs you incurred, including the $100 deposit and the $200 termination fee with the new company, were a result of this misunderstanding. We truly regret the circumstances that led to these extra charges, and we are sorry for any stress this caused you.
While we cannot be responsible for the costs incurred with a third-party company, we are committed to resolving this matter fairly. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your willingness to share your experience with us, and we will use this as an opportunity to review and improve our communication and operational procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.
Once again, we apologize for the confusion, the inconvenience, and the additional costs youve incurred. We truly value your feedback and are dedicated to ensuring a more seamless experience for our customers going forward.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yeah I reject that apology. They made me go through h*** and tried me make it my fault when they never even sent me an email to cancel the contract. They still decided to go ahead and send someone to pick it up and I was fooled by them saying they were the new company that was picking up my vehicle. I want my money reimbursed they caused me so much stress.

NSLA Carship LLC was hired to do a pickup of a vehicle. I received a call from ****** at NSLA Carship LLC saying he had a truck empty and ready to do a pick up all I had to do was give him a deposit in order to lock this truck in for this pick up. ***************** the deposit I asked for the drivers information in which he gave me when I finally got in touch with the driver. The driver notified me that he had been broke down, and his truck was in the shop getting the turbo worked on, I asked him if ****** was aware of this and he said yes. Also, the driver had a load of cars on there that need to be delivered to a dealership. He wasnt even in the correct state in which I needed a truck. I called ****** back at NSLA Carship he said he was gonna try to find another truck for me. I told him just give me my deposit back and Ill find my own truck. He was aware that I had a deadline that I was working on, due to the car being in storage and the store would need to be unlocked. The guy waited from 9am to 5 pm on his day off to meet the truck driver and help load the vehicle. ****** said he was looking for another truck i again demanded my deposit back. I told him i found a truck I had to pay more because everything was last minute because ****** was stringing me along. I told ****** my truck was on the way I no longer needed his services. I still never got my deposit back. I filed a dispute with my credit card for the deposit that I gave ****** at NSLA Carship then ****** called me saying if I drop the dispute from the credit card company, he would be able to give me my money back right away. I was stupid and fell for that. I dropped the dispute. I explained to the credit card company that they were going to reimburse me and that I no longer needed to dispute it, they were going to give me the money back the next day. I called ****** for that whole week still never got a dime back. Beware this is what they do. Make you give a deposit and keep it. Crooks!

At Nsla Car Ship, we prioritize transparency in all our transactions. We encountered an issue with a shipment booked by *** ***** ********, where, after we arranged a driver for the pickup, the truck unfortunately broke down en route. Despite our best efforts to arrange another carrier, time constraints led *** ******** to hire an alternative service provider.
*** ******** subsequently requested a refund, which was confirmed and forwarded to our billing department. We assured him that the refund would be processed within 2-3 business days. However, the next day we were notified that *** ******** had filed a dispute. Due to the dispute, we were unable to process the refund as initially planned.
We reached out to *** ******** and explained the situation, and he agreed to withdraw the dispute once the refund was issued. However, due to merchant policies, we were unable to process the refund as it does not allow us to refund a disputed payment until the dispute is formally retracted. *** ******** confirmed that he would withdraw the dispute, but when we checked our system, it showed that the dispute had not been taken back, and we were unable to proceed with the refund at that time.
During this period, $100 was deducted from our account due to the pending dispute. We responded to the bank within the required timeframe, and after several months, the decision was made in our favor. Once the dispute was resolved, we promptly issued the refund to *** *************** regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate *** ********** patience as we worked through the process. At *****************, we remain committed to ensuring clear communication and fair resolution in all cases.

May 3, 2024 I contacted NSLA CARSHIP LLC, to transport my vehicle. This is my first time ever utilizing this kind of service so I assumed after all of my research I chose a suitable company. I spoke with a ******************* via text and phone call to complete my reservation for a quoted amount of $575. I was directed to pay an initial $100 deposit prior to receiving a designated transport driver or a guaranteed pick up date. I was also given a contract to sign prior to paying the deposit. This contract was to confirm my pickup date, contact information, and to confirm I understood the companies policies.Once I paid the deposit and signed the contract. ******************* told me he would get back to me once a driver was assigned to my vehicle. I expected for that to take no more than an hour. By the end of day May 3, 2024 I had to call *** myself and ask when would I be expecting a driver. He reassured me that a driver would be contacting me soon and dont worry because its the weekend there arent many drivers available. I stated that it didnt make sense but Ill give him until the morning of May 4, 2024 or I would request a refund of my deposit. As of today May 4, 2024 9:43 am, ******************* had not returned 7 phone call attempts and neither text message. His direct line as well as the customer support line are both disconnected. *** requested a refund and let them know through voicemail and text that I will take legal action. As the BBB you guys should be on top of scammers taking hard earned money from consumers. I saw all of the other reviews and complaints on your website and its ridiculous that you closed out some of the complaints.
