    Absolute garbage. These people have no support number and don't answer emails. As soon as you sign up nothing goes right. They mail you a piece of cheap equipment and if it didn't get programed right for you and your service oh well! Tough luck they got your money and that's all that matters. They say you have 15 days to cancel the service but guess what, you can't cancel it because you can't contact anyone at the company! You sign up on the website and that's it. Money gone and forget about any assistance with it.

    price and service is good. no phone number to contact with problems. chat doesn't work. they don't respond to customer support emails. dishonest billing charges. my billing date is first of month for @$21. i contacted them to end service and they charged me @39 5 days early and cut off service.

    Line goes dead every now and then. I had to unplug and re-plug the device. When you end your service, you still have to pay for the device if you don't return it, even though you've already been paying for it (the device) monthly. There is no way to get in touch will a real live person for support/billing issues. Even the "Live chat" link on their website is a dead link. Cheap but unreliable service. Poor customer support.
