    I filed a claim for a broken freezer/fridgerator on 5/22/22. This is the third claim I have had to file on my fridge and each time the service and time to repair has gotten longer. It took two weeks of calls to the center to get my repair scheduled and finally was serviced on 6/3. The unit was inspected and I was told it was not repaired correctly back in January when it was serviced. Subsequently, another ******************** person came on 6/10 and told me they would order parts to fix it. Since this entire process took hours of my time to coordinate and it was not fixed properly the first time, I sought a refund on my deductible. CYA reached out to me on 6/21 regarding this complaint and told me they couldn't fix the appliance and they would give me $900 to buy out my appliance and refund the deductible. This is unacceptable since the appliance would cost $3400 to replace new. I provided CYA (***************************) this invoice for a new appliance and reached out to ******************** to check status. The appliance repair company told me the repair was denied. I have been reaching out to CYA every other day to get this resolved, as I still have a broken appliance and no replacement, no repair, no response.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cover Your Assets regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]I received compensation for the claim I filed with Cover Your Assets and the case is closed with them. I only consider it not resolved because I was seeking more compensation than they provided me. I don't believe BBB needs any more action on this.
