    In 2019 I decided to try this service but found the products and selection to be not my style. I requested a cancellation and they proceeded to stop. In November of ************************************************************************************ the email it said my subscription has been reactivated. I immediately asked them to deactivate the account. They did so however two days ago I got another email out of the blue saying I can expect another shipment. Wear of clicking a link, I went direct to the website and tried my old login info and the site said the account is not active. Yesterday, my card was charged. Do not use this service as it will never stop charging you!

    Hi - Sorry to hear about this experience. After looking into your situation further, it looks like on November 17th 2022 we sent out an email with a discount to reactivate your subscription. Once you clicked on the email your subscription was reactivated. We promptly cancelled the order and refunded you. However, the subscription was not fully cancelled and we apologize for this. This is why you were charged again once more in February of 2023. This additional charged was refunded ASAP. Rest assured that your subscription is now cancelled and we apologize for any inconvenience. **** VP of Operation
