    Complaint - Breach of Contract and *********** Services I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Global Window, as outlined in the contract signed on October 4th, 2023, for the installation of 11 windows.The contract specified a total price of $9450, with a deposit of $5197.50 paid on the same date. According to the agreement, the remaining balance due is $4252.50.Global Window committed to delivering the service, including the installation of 11 windows, within 3-4 weeks. The contract also stipulated one year of installation warranty and a 5-year warranty on the windows. Detailed specifications, including colors, sizes, and materials, were provided for each window.Unfortunately, after waiting for an extended period, we contacted Global Window four weeks after signing the contract, and they claimed a delay in window production, requesting additional time. Despite subsequent follow-*** at the 6-7 week ***** they failed to fulfill their commitments and provided various excuses without delivering any windows.Following persistent efforts, Global Window installed only one window, priced at $2000 (or $1400 after a discount). However, they did not complete the installation and later admitted their inability to produce the remaining windows at the contracted price. This revelation, coupled with their consistent misinformation, led us to conclude that they had deceived us from the beginning.Despite their offer to install three more windows, we declined due to the extensive delay, unfulfilled promises, and lack of trust in their services.Given the breach of contract and the failure to complete the agreed-upon work, we request a refund of our deposit. Considering the partial installation of one window valued at $1400, we calculate the refund as follows: $5197.50 - $1400 = $3797.50.We expect prompt action to rectify this situation and appreciate your attention to this matter.
