    I have been happy with the services provided. All the techs we have dealt with have been thorough and professional. When I called to have the attic checked, the response time was satisfactory and the technician went above and beyond. Keep it up!

    I have used the services of JP McHale for the past several years and have been exceptionally pleased with the service provided. I find the staff to be extremely respectful of my property when they arrive and always receive both a phone call and a text message each time the the day before. When I go online to make a payment, the details of the services provided are very legible. I have been very happy and satisfied with the service provided.

    I was with **** for over 20 years. The company **** was sold to JP McHale some time ago and since then the service has been terrible. JP McHale does not call or email to schedule service to my home and the rodent traps are mostly interior(garage, car barn or home). I called and asked that they **** my file to please notify me first before showing up. I was assured that they would take care of it. They still show up unannounced. Last time, the service guy said that he had already heard the same story from multiple customers that day. Today I received an invoice for service without any explanation on the email nor a letter in the mail explaining the charges. I called the billing department and was told that the program had changed. They were going to bill monthly for service but only come out 3X/year along with an additional 2 service calls provided on a 'will call' basis. If I had not called there would have been zero explanation from this business. This company is privately held and poorly run or guided by it's owner in my opinion.
