    these are notes from our record keeping software in dealing with this company
    1.MULTIPLE REPORTS OF SHOUTING PROFANITY OVER MY TEAM TRYING TO SPEAK TO SILENCE US
    2.MULTIPLE REPORTS OF PHONE CALLS NOT RINGING, BLOCKED OUR LINES
    3.REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH HOMEOWNERS TO SPEAK ON THEIR BEHALF.
    4.STATED "I DONT SPEAK TO CONTRACTORS" AND "SIGNED AGREEMENTS ARENT A THING
    5.TORTOUS INTERFERENCE
    6.MULTIPLE REPORTS OF DEFAMATION AND SLANDER OF OUR COMPANY TO HOMEOWNERS AND TO OUR TEAM. SELF ADMITTED TO DOING SO. DEFAMATION/SLANDER/STEERING CUSTOMER
    7.PROVIDES INACCURATE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION TO HOMEOWNERS AND REFUSES TO INSPECT OR ACKNOWLEDGE ACTUAL OBVIOUS STORM DAMAGE RECOGNIZABLE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.MISREPRESENTING AN INSURANCE CLAIM - FRAUD
    8.DODGES OUR TEAM AND HOMEOWNERS SET APPOINTMENTS SO HE CAN NOT FEIGN INSPECTIN THE ROOF
    9.WHEN WE DO CATCH HIM ON SITE HE TAKES PICTURES FROM THE GROUND AND DENIES THE CLAIM UNLESS WE PROMPT HIM TO GET ON THE ROOF AND DO HIS JOB.
    10.OBSERVED NOT KNOWING HOW TO USE A LADDER BY MY TEAM TO THE POINT THAT WE HAD TO STAND ON THE BOTTOM SO IT DIDNT KICK OUT.
    11.SENT LETTERS TO HOMEOWNERS ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST THE POLICY MID CLAIM AND REMOVE HOMEOWNER RIGHTS WITHOUT NOTICE TO OR CONSENT OF HOMEOWNER
    12.AS PRIVATE ADJUSTER TOOK OVER MULTIPLE CLAIMS AND ACTED AS INTERNAL INSURANCE COMPANY ADJUSTER, HIRING "ENGINEERS" AND MAKING AND ISSUING CLAIM DETERMINATIONS.

    A.E. Mahoney & Company provided terrible service. Todd Mahoney was constantly non-responsive and failed on numerous occasions to follow-through. Todd was the adjuster who was responsible for approving disbursements through our insurance for repairs to our home after a house fire. It was incredibly frustrating working with Todd.
    He requested information multiple times that had already been sent to him. It took nearly five months from when we moved back into our home before we received the final insurance payment.
    Todd did not abide by the Claims Adjusters Code of Ethics. He was not fair, honest, and his relationship with the insurance company was a conflict of interest. A.E. Mahoney & Company did not act with dispatch and diligence in achieving proper resolution to my claim. I do not recommend that individuals or insurers use the A.E. Mahoney. They lack the professional acumen and customer service expected from a claims adjuster. Unfortunately, BBB did not allow me to rate this company with zero stars.
