    So while I was receiving treatment at Alba De Vida I was driving myself everyday for 6 days a week from **** **** **** ** *** * ****** ** ***** to 254 Virginia Ave Buffalo NY 14201 I was having the business sign for my reimbursement every 11 days now MAS says anyone can sign for it because it's always hard to get a hold of anyone in that place because they lose there workers all the time but Christina O***** apparently is the only one who supposedly can sign the forms and it was hell getting her to do it due to her inappropriate disrespectful behavior towards me my daughter and my son in law due to multiple complaints against her. So I recently totalled my vehicle and now receive medical transportation and have switched to another clinic closer to me but I was still owed 360.00 dollars in reimbursement from before and they e had these forms for a long time now and I just was told I'm not being paid due to it being over 60 days but this business held my paperwork that long and screwed me abd I wabt my damn money I drove tand a half hours back and forth 6 days a week and i deserve my money for this. I have all my emails and proof that I've handed those forms in months ago and it's absurd just pay me my money in 53 yrs old woman and living off paycheck to paycheck this is wrong dead wrong!!!!!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    I have been waiting for months they haven't done anything and will not do a thing if I don't keep at this with you guys they will write it off so no I don't accept this repsonse
