    Horrible place. Terrible customer service and mechanics. Did not know what the nys inspection laws were and tried to fail my vehicle to make unnecessary repairs that were not needed to pass inspection. Very ignorant but not surprised given where they are located.

    The New York state inspection laws are very complex & seem to change very often. It would be almost impossible for anyone who is not a NY inspector to know all laws that are current, seeing that we receive memos of changes very often. More information would be required to inform the customer of the current inspection laws to show this customer that the reason it failed was for a valid reason that NY state sets.

    Yet I believe that if said customer judged the facility by its location the problem may have been his beliefs entering the location & may have had preconceived negative thoughts about the facility prior to the inspection taking place.
