    The date of the incident is 5/3/2025. I am requesting a refund of $75. This company put a boot on my tire. The guy who put the boot on my tire seen me getting out of my car and didn’t say anything to me about parking in the 7/11 parking lot. I eventually gave 7/11 because I had to go in there and get money off of my card. I went into the establishment period. So why did I even have to end up paying for that regardless.

     I am writing in response to the complaint I received by e-mail regarding the booting of a vehicle at * ****** submitted by ******* *****. I understand she was upset because of her vehicle being booted & she is requesting a refund. Unfortunately she did park on private property which has multiple clearly posted warning signs stating that parking is for customers only & they will be booted. If my employees happen to see unauthorized vehicles they try their best to warn them. We were hired by the private property owners to help them enforce their wishes on their parking lot. The service was done and she illegally parked her vehicle on private property so unfortunately a refund will not be processed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    The place that’s considered private property got my business that day when I entered the store and had to get cash out of the ATM machine that’s inside the private property that they are talking about. I want a refund of my $75. Also, they said that they try to warn people before putting a boot on cars, but they didn’t. The guy looked me dead in my face and waited until I walked away to put the boot on my car.
