I went to go get my electric bike fixed today. It was supposed to be guaranteed because I got a flat tire before 30 day and when I got there he tried to charge me $44 for something that was supposed to be free. This was supposed to be a guarantee for one month and it wasn’t. They are scamming people out of their money, and they really do not know how to fix bicycles properly. My whole tire fell off the ramp because they didn’t tighten the tire properly. They did it on purpose so it would break and I can go back there and pay them more money not happeningand I had to sit there two hours while they did everything but try to fix my bike. They are very unprofessional and I really need their shut down. They are scamming people and they do not know how to fix tires like they say they do they were too busy on thephone talking to people and putting away bikes they had nothing to do with me I had to wait two hours and was late for work. They played right in my face they need to get fired. I have the receipt right in front of me and I talk to somebody earlier and they said theyhad and I have to pay anything and they try to make me pay money, not happening. I need a whole business shut down.

******** has been a customer of ours for approximately one year.  Last summer, we assisted her with flat repairs and other adjustments to another ebike that she owned.  This year on April 25th, ******** contacted us to fix a flat on her new ebike.  Since she was unable to bring the ebike to our shop, we happily picked it up at her house and delivered it back to her upon completion.  In order to save our customers money, we often patch tubes when they have been punctured.  This is what we did to ********'s rear tube on the 25th.  ******** and her father believe that we told her that our work was under warranty for thirty days.  This was never communicated to them.On May 15th, ******** contacted us again because her tire was once again flat.  We explained that we would love to help her, but that she would need to bring the ebike to the shop because we were unable to pick-up on that particular day.  ******** arrived at the end of the day and was attended to by the owner of the business until after our closing time of 6pm. It was explained to her that, while the repair that was made three weeks prior was not under warranty, if it was leaking from the patch we put on, she would not be charged.I performed the service with ******** sitting with me.  Her tire was flattened by another foreign object in the road and she watched me remove it.  I explained to ******** that I was happy to help her, but that she would need to pay for the labor and parts necessary to complete the repair.  ******** was even charged a lower rate that our normal ebike flat repair.  She was told that she did not need to pay the bill immediately.  We printed her a bill and kindly asked her to pay when possible.******** returned to the shop 2 days later with a flat tire on her front wheel.  We also repaired that flat with a patch.  In addition, we installed liners to reinforce her tire.  We again charged ******** a reduced price for the labor.  We added the fees to her bill and printed her a ticket.Sadly, a few days later, we received this complaint.******** owes South Buffalo Wheelhouse, LLC. $86.59
