    On 7/26/2024 I gave a deposit of $50 to Kaitlyn Gault (owner) via Zelle. She claimed that was the only method of payment she took, or cash. I chose Zelle because I wanted to have record of the transaction. This was to reserve a waterslide for my son's birthday party. We agreed on an 11am drop off time on 8/19/24. We agreed the slide would be picked up the next morning. On the morning of 8/19/24 I paid the balance of $330. The delivery was 2 hours late. I called Kaitlyn several times and she had multiple excuses as to why she was late. She and a male set up the slide and to my surprise, it didn't have a spot for a hose. We were told we were getting a waterslide. My husband had to take our hose and put it over the side of the slide (which didn't work well, the hose kept falling). The owner did not properly stake down the slide. The kids went down the slide and it tipped to the right, the stake came completely out of the ground. Panicked, we had all the children get off the slide immediately and my husband tried to reinforce the stakes. The next morning the slide was not picked up. We contacted the owner, she asked us to blow the slide up to help it dry and said she'd be there that afternoon. It wasn't picked up. The next day came, then the next. We rent our home and live in an HOA. Our landlord called and told us to have the slide removed immediately, in fear it would destroy the grass. We called the owner again, she assured us it would be removed that afternoon. She didn't show up. We continued to text message her begging her to pick up the slide. My husband had to take the slide down and fold it up himself. He just had surgery, so this was not an easy task. Plus, the fee we paid included taking down the slide, which they didn't do. We sent a text telling the owner a large section of our grass was dead. We told her how unhappy we were with the service (or lack thereof). She told us she would refund our $, she did not and has blocked us so we can't contact her.
