This collection company has continued to call me, a girlfriend (who is not a legal spouse), and multiple family members - many of whom are senior citizens. I have explained that this debt is not valid and I was informed from the original creditor (** Bank) that they were rectifying the issue and contacting this creditor. They are disclosing personal information to individuals who are not me. I wish to request a cease and decist of any further contact occurring directly or indirectly to me or on my behalf. I consider these calls to be harassment and if it is not stopped immediately, I intend to pursue further legal action.

standard of consumer care.            An internal investigation was
conducted and the following steps were taken to remediate the issues in the Complainant’s
complaint: Matter placed with Admin Recovery Compliance DepartmentComplaint reviewedCall logs reviewedNotes reviewedComplaint logged and tracked internallyAccount closed and returned to creditor as cease and desistRemediation response sent to BBB            Admin conducted the above investigation
and the results are included here for the BBB’s review.            Complainant alleges that Admin
Recovery has 1) made contact with relatives and his girlfriend, 2) has
disclosed debt information to third parties and ) the debt is not valid.  Admin Recovery denies any allegation that it
violated any consumer protection laws.             Upon the record reviewed, Admin
Recovery mailed the Regulation F Model CFPB 1692g notice to Complainant on October
      21, 2024.  Thereafter, phone call
attempts were placed with third parties to confirm or correct location
information because the phone number received from the creditor was not
      accurate.  No debt information was
disclosed to these third parties in voice mails or in conversations.            Admin agent spoke with Complainant
on November 6, 2024.  During this call,
the Complainant stated he was “double charged” and was going to contact ** Bank
directly to sort out the matter.  Complainant stated that follow up calls would be required after he spoke
with ** Bank.            Follow up calls were made on
November 12, 2024 and the Complainant said he was still waiting on ** Bank to
respond to him.  Admin did not hear from Complainant again
until February 21, 2025 when Admin agent again reached out to him.  He stated that the matter was resolved with
** Bank.  Admin agent requested the
Complainant send the paperwork confirming the account was resolved and provided
an Email address for which to send the documentation.  Complainant never sent any proof of
resolution.Admin followed up with ** Bank directly
and ** confirmed that Complainant had made zero payments on the account and
that there was no activity on the account. After that, Complainant went dark and all
calls were placed with third parties in an attempt to correct or confirm
      location information.  No debt disclosure
of any kind took place.             Complainant’s desired resolution is for
no further contact from the business.  This request is granted, the account is closed as cease and desist in
the office of Admin Recovery and has been returned to the creditor.             Upon a thorough investigation of
Complainant’s complaint, it has been determined that Admin Recovery did not
violate any consumer protection laws and conducted its business in an ethical
and lawful manner.  It is hoped that this
response will satisfy the Complainant and close this file with the BBB.  Sincerely,Admin

Formal Complaint Regarding FDCPA Violations and Cease Communication Request

      To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally address multiple concerns regarding your recent attempts to collect a debt. I have received a series of aggressive and threatening voicemail messages from your representatives. Despite repeated claims in these messages that written correspondence has been sent to me, I have not received any such letters.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned that your communications may have disclosed private information to third parties, including members of my family. If this is the case, it constitutes a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Please consider this a formal request that you cease all further contact with me and any member of my family. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692c(c) of the FDCPA, I am exercising my right to request that you stop communicating with me.

If you believe that I owe any debt, I request that you provide proper written validation as required by 15 U.S.C. § 1692g.

Continued violations of the FDCPA will be documented and reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and my state’s attorney general.

Dear BBB:            Please accept this response to a
complaint submitted with the Better Business Bureau on June 12, 2025 (ID #********).            Admin Recovery, LLC is dedicated to
quality customer service and compliance with all state and federal law.  All employees are trained to comply with this
standard of consumer care.            An internal investigation was

complaint: Matter placed with Admin Recovery Compliance DepartmentComplaint reviewedCall logs reviewedNotes reviewedComplaint logged and tracked internallyAccount closed and returned to creditor as cease and desistVOD ordered on account Remediation response sent to BBB            Admin conducted the above investigation
and the results are included here for the BBB’s review.            Complainant alleges that Admin
Recovery has 1) made a series of aggressive and threatening voicemail messages,
      2) not provided the written 1692g notice, and 3) communicated the specifics of
the debt with third party individuals.  Admin Recovery denies any allegation that it violated any consumer
protection laws.             Upon the record reviewed, Admin
Recovery mailed the Regulation F Model CFPB 1692g notice to Complainant on May
14, 2025.  The allegation that letters
were not mailed to Complainant is denied.            Admin Recovery agent did leave
multiple voice messages for the Complainant on May 25, 2025, June 2, 2025, June
9, 2025 and June 11, 2025 regarding collection of a past due account.  Admin disagrees with Complainant’s
characterization that any of these messages were aggressive or threatening in
any way.  This allegation is denied.              Admin Recovery did also leave
location information voice messages for third parties attempting to confirm or
correct location information for the Complainant on June 2, 2025, June 9, 2025
and June 11, 2025.  Upon review, we do
not believe that any specifics about a debt or the existence of a debt where
improperly disclosed to a third party and so this allegation is denied.             Complainant’s desired resolution is for
no further contact from the business and validation of debt.  The account has been closed and returned to
creditor as cease and desist and validation documentation has been ordered on
the account.  Once those documents are
received, they will be mailed to the Complainant.               Upon a thorough investigation of
Complainant’s complaint, it has been determined that Admin Recovery did not

Please accept this response to a
complaint submitted with the Better Business Bureau on June 3, 2025 (ID #********).            Admin Recovery, LLC is dedicated to
quality customer service and compliance with all state and federal law.  All employees are trained to comply with this
standard of consumer care.            An internal investigation was
conducted and the following steps were taken to remediate the issues in the Complainant’s
complaint: Matter placed with Admin Recovery Compliance DepartmentComplaint reviewedCall logs reviewedNotes reviewedComplaint logged and tracked internallyAccount closed and returned to creditor as cease and desistPayments removedRemediation response sent to BBB            Admin conducted the above investigation
and the results are included here for the BBB’s review.            Complainant alleges that Admin
Recovery has 1) made repeated attempts at collecting a debt after being told to
cease and desist via letter dated May 18, 2025, 2) made harassing,
demoralizing, bullying statements such as “when will you fix yourself” and 3)
has been “bombarding” Complainant’s bank account after being told to remove all
payment authorizations.             Upon the record reviewed, the
Complainant entered into a payment arrangement with Admin Recovery for payment
of a past due account on approximately April 1, 2024.  The Complainant agreed to set up auto ACH
debits from Complainant’s bank account and provided our payment processing
department with account information and authorization.             Over the course of the next several
months, ACH payments would bounce back and return NSF, so Admin Recovery agents
would contact Complainant to assist in setting up a different payment plan that
would better meet financial needs.  On
several occasions, the Complainant would call in to Admin Recovery and request
that payment dates and amounts be changed.  Admin Recovery always accommodated the Complainant with whatever change
was requested.  None of the phone call
exchanges with the Complainant ever devolved into harassment in any way and
there is no record of any agent telling the Complainant to “fix yourself” or
making any other harassing statement.             On June 2, 2025, Admin Recovery
received a letter from the Complainant dated May 18, 2025 demanding a cease and
desist and a termination of the payment plan and ACH payments.  On that date, June 2, 2025, Admin Recovery
removed all payments from the system, placed a cease and desist on the account
and returned the account along with the May 18, 2025 correspondence to the
creditor.  The account was closed in our
office effective June 2, 2025, the date we received the letter.             This complaint followed on June 3,
2025 alleging that Admin Recovery engaged in harassing behavior, was taking
unauthorized payments from Complainant’s bank account and was attempting to
collect a debt after being told to cease and desist.  These allegations are all denied.             Complainant’s letter dated May 18,
2025 was received in this office on June 2, 2025.  The letter was sent certified with tracking
so the Complainant knows that the letter was received on the 2nd.  There was absolutely no contact attempt,
payment taken, or action taken on the account after June 2.  There was no previous cease and desist letter
and there was no previous verbal request for a cease and desist.  Complainant’s allegations are not only denied
but are wholly without merit. Complainant’s
desired resolution is for all calls to stop and for the payments to stop.  This action was already taken the date we
received the letter on June 2, 2025.  The
account is closed and returned to the creditor.              Upon a thorough investigation of
Complainant’s complaint, it has been determined that Admin Recovery did not
violate any consumer protection laws and conducted its business in an ethical
and lawful manner.  It is hoped that this
response will satisfy the Complainant and close this file with the BBB.  Sincerely,Admin Recovery

The Complainant states that the previous response does not resolve the issue and makes a second request for a cease and desist of calls.  The previous response (which Complainant rejected) provided that the account was closed and returned to the creditor with no further contact coming from Admin Recovery.  We can confirm that the account is closed and returned to the creditor as cease and desist.

Recovery has been unsuccessful communicating with the Complainant directly on
this account and in fact has not made any contact directly with the
      Complainant.  Therefore, in compliance
with law, Admin did make contact efforts with various third parties to confirm
or correct location information for the Complainant.  Relatives were contacted within normal
allowed hours and messages left did not violate any consumer protection
laws.  Only 3 calls were made on this
account and neither the frequency of calls nor content of messages could be
construed by the least sophisticated consumer as harassing or rude.  All allegations are denied.              The Complainant’s desired resolution

Admin Recovery LLC is a debt collector that has called my mother regarding my debt. That’s harassment. They lied and said she’s my emergency contact. She’s not. They don’t even have her own name correct. I need a cease and desist of all contact with all numbers. BBB is the only thing they seem to take seriously.

Recovery has made telephone contact with Complainant, Complainant’s husband as
well as family members and 2) Admin is harassing.             Upon the record reviewed, Admin
Recovery has not violated any consumer protection laws and denies allegations
      that calls were harassing.  The
Complainant could not be reached so Admin Recovery attempted contact with
Complainant’s husband as well as relatives to confirm or correct location
information.  All calls were made in
compliance with the laws.  On August 15,
Complainant’s spouse called the office and requested a cease and desist of all
contact.  At that time, all numbers were
removed from the system and the account was placed into a do not contact
status.  There was no communication made
thereafter. This complaint followed.             The Complainant’s desired resolution
is for no more contact.  This request was
fulfilled and complied with the first time it was requested on August 15 and it
will remain in effect after receipt of this complaint.   The account is being returned to the
original creditor.

Admin Recovery, LLC was sold my personal information and my supposed debt by ** ***/******* for a revolving account that originated in 2021, which is against the law according to 15 US Code 1681, and I found out from my credit report that the debt was charged off by ** ***/ ******* on May 31, 2024. Some time ago, I requested a validation of debt and it was never validated and now there is a charge off by another company. I called ** ***/ ******* and they told me to call Admin Recovery, LLC today because they sold them my account. This is not my debt under two companies. It is listed as a charge off with a balance under ** ***/******* and Admin Recovery LLC is still trying to collect the funds and I never received a 1099-c either.

and the results are included here for the BBB’s review.            Complainant alleges that, 1) Admin
Recovery, LLC was sold her personal information and her supposed debt by TD
***/******* for a revolving account that originated in 2021, which she claims
is against the law according to 15 US Code 1681, 2) that she found out from her
credit report that the debt was charged off by ** ***/ ******* on May 31, 2024,
      3) Complainant claims to have requested a validation of debt some time ago and
it was never validated and now there is a charge off by another company, 4) this
is not Complainant’s debt under two companies, 5) Admin Recovery LLC is still
trying to collect the funds owed, and 6) Complainant never received a 1099-c.            Upon the record reviewed, Admin
Recovery mailed the 1692g model CFPB notice to Complainant in compliance with
the FDCPA, Regulation F and state law on January 4, 2023.  Thereafter, call attempts and 50% settlement
offer letters were sent to Complainant in an effort to collect the debt.  There was never any contact made with the
Complainant or any other third party on this account.  The Complainant never sent any request,
either verbal or written for a validation of debt.  The account was closed and returned to the
original creditor on August 1, 2023 and there has been no further contact by
Admin Recovery on the account since that time.            Complainant alleges that Admin
Recovery violated the law by purchasing her account and personal
      information.  This allegation is denied,
Admin Recovery does not purchase debt.  It is a third party debt collector hired by its clients to collect debts
on behalf of its creditor client.  In the
present case, Admin failed to collect the debt owed and so closed and returned
the account to the creditor.            Complainant alleges that the account
is being reported by two companies.  This
is denied.  Admin does not report a
tradeline only the creditor reports a tradeline.            Complainant alleges to have
requested a validation of the debt.  This
never happened and is denied.  Admin has
zero contact on this account.              Complainant states this is not her
debt.  Admin Recovery would refer her to
the original creditor if she is disputing the account as Admin has closed and
returned this account almost a year ago.             Complainant states Admin is still
trying to collect the account.  This is
denied.  The account was closed and
returned to the creditor in August of 2023.  There has been zero collection attempt on the account since that time.            Complainant states she never
received a 1099-c.  During the time Admin
serviced the account there was no cancellation of debt and therefore Admin
would have been under no obligation to provide this form.  Complainant is encouraged to contact the
original creditor.              Complainant’s desired resolution is
for a correction to her credit report and/or the total removal of the
tradeline.  Admin does not report and has
never reported a tradeline for the Complainant and therefore has zero control
      over this request.  Complainant is
encouraged to contact the original creditor.

This company has been harassing me about an alleged debt from ** ****. I sent them a letter to provide debt validation. They sent back a bunch of billing statements which is not a form of verification/validation of debt. I sent them another letter asking to provide validation and they have been calling me nonstop violating my rights as set forth in the FDCPA.

proper validation of debt documentation upon request, and 3) is calling him
nonstop and violating his rights.            Upon the record reviewed, the 1692g
CFPB Model Notice was mailed to Complainant January 12, 2024.  On approximately January 29, 2024, before any
phone contact was initiated on the account, the Complainant requested
validation of debt documentation.  Documents validating the debt were ordered from the creditor on January
      30, 2024.  The creditor provided
everything in their records for Complainant and these documents were mailed to
the Complainant on February 7, 2024.  The
documents themselves are the best evidence of their content and clearly show
that a debt is owed by the Complainant.  The debt is validated, this allegation is denied. After the validating documents were mailed
to the customer, Admin Recovery initiated approximately 7 phone calls over the
next five weeks, well within Regulation F calling guidelines and therefore not
harassment or “nonstop” as the alleged.  Therefore,

This company has been harassing me via phone calls and postal mail. Per my consumer rights via USC 1681 E (B)(D) it is illegal to sell one’s personal information from one company to another for profit or gain, their is no signed or legal contract with the secondary company by myself. I would like all communication to cease via phone calls, postal mail, and removal from my personal credit report.

      Date: 03/11/2024

Please accept this response to a
complaint submitted with the Better Business Bureau on March 10, 2024 (ID # ********).            Admin Recovery, LLC is dedicated to
quality customer service and compliance with all state and federal law.  All employees are trained to comply with this
standard of consumer care.            An internal investigation was
conducted and the following steps were taken to remediate the issues in the Complainant’s
complaint: Matter placed with Admin Recovery Compliance Department Complaint reviewed Call logs reviewed Notes reviewed Complaint logged and tracked internally Account noted as cease and desist Remediation response sent to BBB            Admin conducted the above investigation
and the results are included here for the BBB’s review.            Complainant alleges that, 1) Admin
Recovery is engaged in harassment “via phone calls and postal mail,” 2) Admin
Recovery has sold her personal information for profit or gain, and 3) there is
no signed contract with the second company (Admin Recovery).             Upon the record reviewed, Admin
Recovery mailed the 1692g model notice to Complainant in compliance with the
FDCPA and state law on January 5, 2024.  Two (2) phone calls were placed to the Complainant thereafter on January
28, 2024 and January 31, 2024 in an attempt to collect a debt and in compliance
with law.  A voice message was left for Complainant
on January 31, 2024.  There was no
contact with the Complainant, so on March 2, 2024, Admin Recovery mailed to the
customer a 50% settlement offer letter to help her pay her past due account for
less than the full balance due.  This is
all the contact on record for the Complainant and it does not constitute
harassment, therefore this allegation is denied.             Admin Recovery is a third party debt
collection agency that takes accounts on assignment from its creditor clients
for debt collection servicing.  As part
of its engagement as a debt servicing provider, Admin Recovery does not sell
personal information for profit or gain and is unsure as to how Complainant
came to this conclusion.  This allegation
is denied. As part of its engagement as a debt
servicing provider, Admin Recovery utilizes the phones and US mail services to
attempt to make contact with consumers for the purposes of debt
collection.  There is no requirement for
a signed agreement with a consumer to provide these services on behalf of its
      creditor clients.  This allegation is
denied.             The Complainant has made two
requests; 1) for a cease and desist of all contact, and 2) for the negative
mark on her credit to be removed.  Admin
Recovery has placed the account into a do not call status and has closed and
returned the account to the creditor.  There shall be no further contact on this account from Admin
      Recovery.  However, Admin Recovery does
not report a trade line to the bureaus and is unable to assist Complainant with
      this request.  Complainant is encouraged
to contact the creditor directly.
