      Robert D**** ###-###-#### stated the following below:

      Total balance: $943.17
      Offered settlement balance if paid 6/26/23: $471.58
      Claimed from **** *******-Account/Case# **** I asked to get the number to **** *******, he refused. I asked to obtain the website address to the firm he claimed he was from, he said they have no website. I asked to have, at the least, a confirmation letter stating the information he was stating, he refused. He then stated that he was going to come to my house to collect the debt and said if I do not pay the offered amount of $471.58 he was come to my job and or house and collect the debt. He refused to give any details on **** ******* and advised he has no contact information for them. He stated he cannot do anything but except the offered amount of $471.58. After all of his refusals, he then hung up the phone.

      This company is threatening to come to my home for legal preceding if I do not contact them, they have called my mom and siblings and I’m sure ******* my last name to get there numbers. This is in regards to an almost 5 year old unpaid loan with *********. In which I have not been contacted for until this last year by this company. They say that there is a complaint being filed against me for fraud because the bank for the payments setup with *********, is closed. They put my on hold to “speak to the original company” to see if they are willing to not go to court. They got back on the line and said i had to pay in order to not be sent to court. They said they had sent me bills in the mail, which I never got. I haven’t gotten any bills from either company in years. I ended up making a payment out of fear but then requested my bank to see if it was a fraudulent company and the got my payment back. They had said they would email me a payment receipt and the payment plan I had set up which I never got either. They continue contacting me and harassing me and my family.

      I am needing assistance to have something removed off my credit it is currently owned by strafford group and associate. I have contacted them who told me to contact allegiance who owned prior to them as it was paid off when allegiance owned account. I call allegiance they direct me to another company that apparently took account payments but never sent pay off letter. I have requested this letter multiple times now and keep being told it will be emailed to me so I can have removed off my account. No one seems to want to help me with this matter it’s very frustrating seeing it still on my credit report knowing it was paid and everyone giving me the run around. I will send one picture I do have more if needed from paying

      This caller is using a cloned phone number ************ but asked me to return the call to ************* They speak of an issue that is not mentioned in the message left but eludes to a serious financial situation. I am being harrassed by this caller and I want everyone to know that this is fraudulent. They mention coming to my place of employment and my home.

      I am receiving calls from Allegiance claiming that my disabled son took out a loan from a ***** * ** in the amount of $515.00. They call and threaten to take him to court and file fraud charges and that if he does not pay it then he will owe the State of California and could go to jail. The person wanted to be called Superior Denise. They act as though they represent a government entity. How can this be? I would really like them to get caught because they said the only thing I could do is pay $100.00 per month on behalf of my disabled son.
