    I had the pleasure of working with Art H*** and his company, Hallmark Planning & Development, on a significant healthcare project for Evergreen Health and their partner, ********* ****** ********. Our team was tasked with developing and constructing a new neighborhood health center at the corner of Bailey & Kensington Ave. in Buffalo, NY. This facility was designed to provide comprehensive healthcare services along with wrap-around support for patients.
    Art and his team expertly led the community engagement process, conducting a thorough and engaging outreach initiative that yielded impressive results. Their efforts garnered widespread support for the project from various stakeholders, including neighbors, local block clubs, community members, local elected officials, and City Hall.
