Well with all of the negative and complaints that I've read against Fitness Singles I'm not going to have a damn thing to do with them.
When I first saw the ad for this outfit called Fitness Singles it sounded great I thought this is some wonderful stuff some chance for me to maybe meet a woman that is fit and shared some of my interests. This is exactly what I've been looking for. But the fact that you can't talk to a real person if you do have something wrong going on and they don't respond to emails it sounds like a total cluster ****. I sympathize with the people that had a hell of a time getting their refund back and going through all of the garbage to try and rightfully get their refund.Fitness Singles

Says you can receive messages without a paid subscription, but in fact you can't actually. You get told you have a message but can't see it unless you pay. No one in my desired age range or matching my pretences is "messaging" me. Complete scamFitness Singles

I've been on about four dating sites since 2018. I have always been able to meet someone. It's been two months, and there is barely anyone to even have a conversation with. There are not a lot of people on this site, and it appears that some have multiple accounts.
I am disappointed that I can't get a partial refund. I would have never signed up if I had known.Fitness Singles

This choice prevents your profile from being promoted to other members and excludes you from searches conducted by fellow members. We suggest making your profile visible to others, allowing the system to recommend it to suitable matches.

As a person in a less than 20,000 population city, within a 70 minute drive of the Phoenix metro, 99% of my matches were not interested in a guy who wouldn’t be in their locale.
To that fact, I requested a full refund before three business days elapsed, and I was ignored by Fitness Singles customer service. I deleted my account.
I am a desirable guy that just wanted to get together with like minded individuals of the opposite sex.
Buyer beware, if you’re in a small market, you will not have success, in my opinion.Fitness Singles

What a mistake I made signing up for this site. I specifically indicated my preferences in my profile and they were disregarded. The matches that were sent to me were almost always in another state or way over 20 miles from me. I will not be renewing my subscription and don’t recommend this site for anyone else.Fitness Singles

1 starOh, there are multiple people on there, men, who have more than one account I’ve complained, but I am told that I have to give them each a count of the people who have multiple which at this point I don’t know because I’ve marked them is not interested. I signed up on Friday and deleted it Saturday afternoon requesting a refund of my 59.99. I barely use the site for a day there are not a lot of men in my area, without having to drive more than 25 miles. And I will say that the people on there are not fit. I think a lot of the men are looking for fit women. It’s a little bit of a scam I requested my money back. I deleted my account. I only used it for a day and a half, and they refused to give me my money back. They should at least allow you to her three days to change your mind. I would even accept a partial refund very disappointing and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends not to join the site.Review fromNina M

The company is not reachable by phone and all of their responses to your "Help" emails are standard...will respond within 24 hours. These guys suck! I paid the initial fee of$59.99 but canceled after just two days. Two profiles within 20miles,…not good odds. Cancellation was done before my bank transfer even completed. They completed the withdrawal then locked out my profile from receiving or sending messages.
4 days and 4 emails, zero reply other than auto response. Z E R O!!!

Customer service is non-existent. I signed up for this service & specified that I get profiles from other members within 100 miles of my location. I live in Washington State & they keep sending me profiles from people in California & Utah. I find it interesting that not one member, of the 50 people that I’ve sent messages to, has responded. I’ve never had difficulty attracting men, and have gotten many compliments on how well I look for 68. I’ve requested the appropriate age range of men. I just feel that this company is not legit on services they provide. They are quick to grab your money, but then drop the ball.Fitness Singles
