    My son has been going to dr H*****’s office for his braces. He recently got his braces taken off and lost his retainer. I have been trying to get in contact with them for two months and no one has called me back or answer the phone. I left over 20 messages and no one still has gotten back to me. It’s to the point where my son’s teeth is going to eventually go back how they were. They are a horrible company and something needs to be done.

    I needed to reschedule my daughter's orthodontist appointment because she was sick. When I called several times, no one answered the call. After several rings, most of the calls ended with this message, "The user's mailbox is not available at this time. Thank you. Goodbye" and hung up. Eventually, I was able to finally leave a message asking to reschedule. However, I never heard back from them to reschedule. Over the last two months, I have tried call several times. Sometimes, I am able to leave a message, but most times the voicemail does not work. I have tried to stop into one of their offices, but no one has been there. I have even checked their website and sent a message through the website as well asking to schedule the appointment. Now, my daughter is left with a spacer in her mouth and no one to check it and/or take it out.
