      They keep sending a bill in the mail saying we owe $150 for a medical service that was allegedly performed almost two years ago. Insurance has no record of a claim and they did not answer/return my calls.

      I=Date of Service: 11/12/2021; Bill for $150 just received 10/25/2024.
      I have never received services from this business. I did have a Dr. appointment on this date and have receipts showing payment in full at that time.

      I do not believe I owe this company any money and do NOT want non-payment of this bill to appear on my credit reports.

      I received bills from this company starting in July/2023. I tried numerous times to contact them by phone and left voicemails regarding this charge. The charge is dated 9/2021. I tried going through insurance providers and my dentist to dispute this charge. However given the 2yr delay in my receiving this bill I could no longer dispute the charge.
      I just now paid this bill under duress since it’s been over 120 days due and don’t want it on my credit report.
      The billing person ***** at this company said that they had software issues and couldn’t get the bills out. I feel that’s not my problem. Sending me a bill 2 yrs past the time of service allows me no recourse with my insurance company. I would like a refund if possible.
